Hello and welcome!

Dr. Josh Duplessis here and I’d like to introduce myself.

I am a chiropractor practicing chiropractic medicine here at Core1 Chiro Sports Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois

Through many years of studying chiropractic medicine, I’ve developed a passion for providing my patients the necessary tools, education, and chiropractic services to achieve lifelong results in pain management and helping reach their full potential.

Whether your goal is to participate in highly competitive high school, collegiate, professional-level sports, achieving your personal best in your daily workout, or pain management I take the time to develop customized plans that specifically address your challenges and meet your needs.

What Makes Me Knowledgeable

My background includes working with an amazing collection of physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and clinicians during my tenures as an Athletic Trainer for Marine Corps personnel serving on Parris Island, Injury Prevention Specialist with Amazon, and an Athletic Trainer at the high school level.

My credentials and Professional Certifications include the following:

How I Can Help

This experience provided me with the skills and ability to assist a diverse population of athletes to decrease overall pain, improve practical movement , and reduce the risk of sports- or work- related injuries.

My goal is to keep you active, functioning at a high-level, and getting you out of pain as quickly as possible.

I use non-invasive methods treating musculoskeletal, spinal, and nerve pain. I specialize in treating individuals experiencing low back pain, neck pain, back pain, arm pain, leg pain, joint pain, muscle pain, muscle imbalances, sciatica, herniated/bulging discs, gait instability, running form, postural imbalances, headaches, and arthritis.  Once we get you out of pain, it is my goal to provide you with proactive treatment and exercise to keep you out of pain and enjoy what you love doing daily, weekly, and monthly.
